It all started when…

… we bought our first appartment in Antwerp. For ourselves, to enjoy the city. We would rent it out when we could’nt be there ourselves. Right.
That renting out was so nice to do, that it became a hobby.
Then, a whatsapp from the neighbour above came in: “I’ll sell my appartement, are you interested?”

Yes, of course! But with no money in the bank, my parents stepped in. They love the city too and liked what we did here.
Running these two nice and cozy places for almost a year, an other message from the (same) neighbour came in: “I’m looking for someone to take over BnB Antwerp, are you interested?” Again, yes, we were! Five extra bnb’s on the roll!

To service our guests, have personal contact and fullfill a dream, we started to think about a nice and friendly coffee bar, close to the appartments. I whatsapped my favorite neighbour if he knew such a location. And again “You can rent my expo area for your coffee bar, are you interested?”
